Welcome to International Cebu Language Academy.
We built ICLA around a simple idea: students improve fastest when teachers have time for them. That is why every student has daily one-to-one lessons, and why we keep our group classes to a maximum of six students — even though our classrooms could hold more.
Our campus is a quiet tropical garden on Mactan Island, a few minutes' walk from cafés, shops and restaurants, and close to the airport and the beach. Students live on campus, eat together, and are looked after by our staff every day.
Whether you are preparing for IELTS, need a TOEIC score for your career, or simply want to speak English with confidence, we look forward to welcoming you to ICLA.

ICLA's programs are approved by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) of the Philippines.
Bureau of Immigration (BI) In progress
Our application for BI accreditation to process Special Study Permits (SSP) has been submitted and paid, and is being processed. We will open for students once it is granted.
